The Role As an E-commerce Growth Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our clients success. Youll analyze, strategize, and implement conversion-focused optimizations while acting as a client success manager, ensuring brands leverage the right tools and strategies to maximize growth. This role blends CRO, Shopify expertise, and account management to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Success: Act as the primary success partner for our Shopify clients, guiding them through growth strategies, app implementations, and performance improvements. CRO & Performance Optimization: Analyze Shopify store performance, identify friction points, and recommend A/B tests, UX/UI improvements, and checkout enhancements. Shopify App Expertise: Install, configure, and optimize Shopify apps such as: Yotpo (Reviews, Loyalty & Rewards) Okendo (UGC & Customer Reviews) Rebuy (Personalized upsells & cross-sells) Klaviyo (Email & SMS marketing) LoyaltyLion / Smile.io (Loyalty & referral programs) Gorgias / Zendesk (Customer support automation) Data-Driven Insights: Use Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics to track performance and report on key KPIs like conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention. A/B Testing & Iterative Growth: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on product pages, checkout flows, and customer journeys to maximize ROI. Collaboration with Design & Dev Teams: Work closely with designers and developers to implement CRO recommendations, optimize UX, and deploy high-impact improvements. Ongoing Growth Strategy: Continuously refine and scale winning CRO strategies across multiple Shopify stores. What Were Looking For ? 3+ years of experience in e-commerce growth, CRO, or Shopify optimization ? Deep understanding of Shopify Plus and top conversion-focused apps ? Strong client communication & success management skills ? Proficiency with analytics & testing tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely) ? Experience driving A/B tests and personalization strategies ? Knowledge of post-purchase flows, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies ?
