About the Role
Amazon is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with orders, account inquiries, refunds, and other general concerns. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, chat, and email. Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and refunds. Maintain knowledge of Amazons policies and procedures to provide accurate information. Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
Must be a resident of the United States. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
