Medical Accounts Receivable Clerk

Genesis Medical Group, a leading multi-specialty practice, is seeking a Medical Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk to join our busy medical practice in Kingwood, TX. Make an Impact by ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement Key Responsibilities: • Manage medical accounts receivable and resolve outstanding claims. • Process and post insurance payments and patient payments accurately. • Verify insurance claims and assist with CPT/ICD-10 coding and authorizations. • Work with insurance providers and patients to resolve billing issues efficiently. • Maintain compliance with medical billing policies and Athena EHR (a plus). What We’re Looking For: ? 2+ years of medical A/R experience (Preferred) ? Familiarity with CPT & ICD-10 coding, insurance authorizations, and payment posting ? Experience with Athena EHR (Preferred, but not required) ? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting ? Must work on-site in Kingwood, TX (This is NOT a remote position) ?
