Job Details This position offers a competitive salary starting at $68,400.91, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction trades, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities • Teach and mentor students in an applied learning environment, using a variety of teaching methods to engage diverse learning styles • Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of students and aligns with industry standards • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with college policies and procedures Qualifications • Verifiable work experience in building construction trades • Proficiency in blueprint reading, specifications, and construction contracts • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Residential and commercial interior and exterior finish materials and applications Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word software • OSHA Trainer Certification or NCCER Core, Carpentry, Site Survey, or Project Management certifications
