Willing to obtain is allowed. • Certifications BLS (AHA) • Certifications BLS • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years. • Skills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score. • References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year. • Additional Skill Med Surg Experience. • Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past two years. • Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission. • Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted.
