Senior Digital Product Analyst

In this Digital Product Analyst Senior role, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of key digital platforms by defining requirements, creating user stories, analyzing product data, and ensuring successful execution. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders on a complex range of requirements or challenges to enhance platform functionality and deliver exceptional user experiences. This person will, Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria. Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support business cases. Develop advanced dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and platform metrics. Aggregate, clean, and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability. Groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for development. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support smooth execution. Triage and track reported issues or bugs, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization. Prepare advanced level summaries, presentations, and reports to communicate product progress and performance to stakeholders. Actively participate in competitive and market research to highlight market trends, identify gaps or opportunities, and inform product decisions. Develop user guides or training materials to support feature rollouts and adoption. Provide advanced end-user support for training and troubleshooting post-deployment.
Requirements
Education Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Required. Experience 5-6 years business experience required, with at least 2 years working in an Agile environment Required. Experience with SAFe Agile Framework or SAFe certification is highly preferred. Licenses and Certifications Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self.
