Software Developer (Hybrid Work Model)

We are currently looking for a developer to join our Personal Lines Guidewire development team. You will be responsible for developing in Guidewire BillingCenter and PolicyCenter as well as a stack of Java applications that support our policy and billing administration systems. This position can be filled as a Software Developer or a Software Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

As a Software Developer, you will: • Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions. • Actively engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings. • Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks, preparing test scripts, and conducting tests on both new and existing solutions. • What it Takes: • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Demonstrated aptitude on one or more programming languages and software development concepts. • Displays an eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new skills in a collaborative environment.
