About The Role Responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients or customers. Ensures service agreements are met and the highest level of service quality is maintained. Collaborates with various departments to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and improving service delivery processes. Key Accountabilities • Builds and manages a transition governance structure that ensures consistency and alignment with projects and initiatives between service design and service delivery. • Ensures operational readiness through planning, execution, governance, building appropriate controls, measures and reporting. • Leads and manages the service delivery team to ensure optimal performance. Develops and implements service delivery strategies and best practices. Monitors and reports on service delivery metrics and KPIs. Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Assists in building business case presentations for IT infrastructure projects and initiatives. Manages to the infrastructure operational budgets, project and initiatives budgets and assists IT Operations with resource planning. • Creates and delivers effective and influential business presentations to senior level leadership. • Works on special initiatives that include streamlining of process, quality initiatives, or leading moderate to large-scale projects. • Acts as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery issues. Builds and maintains strong client relationships. Handles escalations and resolves service-related issues promptly. Conducts regular service reviews with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 – 6 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 6-8 years of related experience. The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois): $100,158.00 - $186,008.00 per year The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
