Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while handling various financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, as well as assisting customers with account inquiries. You will be the face of our bank, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and efficient. Key Responsibilities • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. • Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations. • Balance cash drawers and manage cash levels in the branch. • Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling. • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients. • Ensure the security of the branch and follow all safety protocols. Qualifications • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • High School Diploma required; additional education in finance or a related field is a plus.
