Responsibilities • Act as a customer liaison to deliver TD's brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice. , • Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services and refer them to appropriate team members. , • Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight product features and benefits. , • Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities. , • Engage in customer outreach and provide advice to deliver a positive customer experience. , • Facilitate loan product applications and maintain active registration with NMLS. , • Participate in team activities to support a positive work environment and promote service quality. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required. , • 1+ years of related experience required, preferably in a teller role. , • Proficient in Microsoft Office. , • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. , • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise and clear. , • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
