Insurance Agent

• *Overview:** We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team in Chesterfield Township, MI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an understanding of insurance products, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. LEADS ARE PROVIDED NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED • *Responsibilities:** - Proactively market and sell a range of insurance products to potential clients. - Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored policy recommendations. - Guide clients through the claims process and assist with policy renewals. - Administer benefits and process policy changes as needed. • *Requirements:** - Proven experience in sales, particularly within the insurance industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage. - Multilingual (Spanish in particular) abilities are a plus. - Familiarity with benefits administration is a bonus. - Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems. - Don't meet all of the requirements?
