About the position This part-time position is for a Bookkeeper at a small home-based business specializing in women's clothing. The role involves website design, bookkeeping, and various office tasks, requiring a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work 15-20+ hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours. The work is primarily remote, with occasional in-person tasks when the owners are traveling. Responsibilities Refresh and update the Shopify website. , Create customer advertising campaigns. , Issue and maintain invoices and inventory using QuickBooks. , Prepare for taxes and perform month-end and year-end reporting. , Maintain files and mailing lists. , Communicate with wholesale and retail customers. , Assist with other office-related tasks. Requirements Experience in bookkeeping and website design. , Proficiency in Shopify and QuickBooks. , Strong administrative and clerical skills. , Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. , Ability to pack and lift boxes weighing 15-20 pounds.
