Remote Contract Bookkeeper - 10 to 20 hrs monthly

We are a consulting firm in search of a part time/contract bookkeeper who also has billing experience. This is a remote position. This position is a p/t contract position that will start out at 10-20 hours per month (average 2 - 5 hrs weekly). Must have good communication skills, analytical skills and be a team player. Must have 3+ years of Quickbooks Experience. The owner is the founder and has run this firm for 20 years. She is also a homeschool mom and a believer in homeschool friendly jobs. Please share your story in the cover letter. Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Part-time bookkeeper. The role involves bank reconciliations, AP, AR, handling billing processes, invoicing customers, and utilizing Excel for financial data management.
