As a Staff Product Manager for Last Mile Delivery, you will be at the forefront of our product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our Trust & Safety and Fraud capabilities. In this role you will… - Define, develop, and enhance products: You will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategies, and manage risks. -Strategy and Vision: Identify strategies and a vision for your products using domain expertise, industry best practices, market opportunities, and business cases. - Test and Learn: Define A/B tests with analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on products and features, and communicate results effectively using data and UX narratives. - Collaboration: Build cooperative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities with business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and securing executive leadership approval. - Direction: Provide overall direction for your products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area. - Experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
