Owner-Operator – Box Truck / Hotshot Van (Amazon & Expedited Freight)

Job Description

As an Owner-Operator with a Box Truck (Non-CDL) or Hotshot Van, you will transport freight on dedicated lanes, Amazon relay routes, and same-day expedited loads. Responsibilities

• Pick up & deliver Amazon warehouse freight or expedited loads
• Ensure on-time deliveries & efficient route planning
• Maintain ELD logs (if required) and compliance with DOT regulations
• Communicate with dispatch & warehouse teams for smooth operations
• Keep truck or van clean and well-maintained for optimal performance

Requirements ✔ Must Own or Lease a Box Truck (16ft-26ft) or Hotshot Van (Sprinter, Cargo Van, etc.) ✔ Valid Driver’s License (CDL Not Required for Box Trucks Under 26,000 GVWR) ✔ Active DOT & MC Authority (Or lease under our authority) ✔ Minimum 3-6 months of driving experience (Preferred but not required) ✔ Ability to pass a background check & drug test ✔ Amazon Relay or Load Board Access (Preferred, but not required) Compensation & Benefits Earnings: $3,500 - $12,000+ per month (Based on route & load availability) Load Pay Per Mile – Competitive & market-driven Flexible Home Time – Local & regional routes available Fuel & Maintenance Discounts – Save on operational costs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $6,446.00 - $7,005.00 per week Benefits:
