Wings ‘N More Team Members perform a number of different tasks every day, and this posting does not list all of the essential functions of the job. The purpose is to serve food and/or beverages to guests according to Standards and in alignment with the Restaurant’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Knowledgeable about all menu items, restaurant promotions and beverages served; their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Must complete necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all supplies, etc.
• Take and know inventory at all times, and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain regular attendance, consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
• Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor.

Excellent customer service skills:

• Respond to requests for service and assistance.
• Demonstrate the desire and ability to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Solicit customer feedback to improve service.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent One to two years related experience and/or training. QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read and write and speak English, and comprehend simple instructions in English
• Ability to operate POS equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position is expected to:

• Stand more than 3/4 of the time
• Walk more than 3/4 of the time
• Sit less than 1/4 of the time
• Reach with hands and arms more than 2/3 of the time
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Push / pull up to 50 pounds.
