Position: Microsoft 365 On-Site Migration Specialist Location: Remote, requires up to 95% travel Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking: The role of the MS365 On-site Migration Specialist is to provide on-site support and expertise for transitioning to Microsoft 365. This specialist acts as a subject matter expert, ensuring end users are comfortable with the new equipment and Microsoft 365 services during the migration process. Perks:

Job Duties:
- Install equipment and software to comply with company standards
- Onboarding computers and users to Microsoft 365 in accordance with company standards
- Installing preconfigured network equipment in a neat and organized manner
- Effectively, professionally, and respectfully represents other Information Technology staff members, teams, and their services to the client community
- Provides support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy. Additionally, it may involve troubleshooting issues and resolving difficulties not listed
- Determines the most effective manner to resolve customer's technical issue. Engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical problems. Consults with the team lead when necessary
- Verifies that suggested solutions effectively resolve the users' problems through verbal or email follow-up

- Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues.

- Must have a good command of the English language to provide practical phone, desk-side, and email support
- Heavy travel is required for this position to any of the 683+ USPh clinics.
- Lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more and pushing and pulling carts when necessary
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Manual dexterity in typing and using the 10-key calculator is required
