IT Project Manager Work From Home We are seeking a talented and self-motivated IT Project Manager to join a growing IT team. This position is 100% Remote. IT Project Manager Responsibilities: Interact with all IT functional areas (e.g. systems architecture, design, Helpdesk/Desktop support, application development, and support). Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available for project tasks. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and enforce best practices and quality standards to ensure the quality of project deliverables. Lead project teams in executing tasks, managing project progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules. Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating as needed to ensure project continuity. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. IT Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from a 4-year university in computer science, information science or related technical field. 1-5 years of experience in project management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact with management, vendors and external parties and should be able to effectively communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task, able to work independently as well as a team player. Support other key initiatives as the business dictates. Experience with SQL a plus. Experience in using Agile related tools, such as JIRA is a plus. Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, PTO, etc. Salary: 80K+ DOE.
