Job Description: As a Pizza Maker or Shift Lead at Tecocraft, you will be instrumental in preparing delicious pizzas and leading your team to ensure smooth operations. Your role will include making pizzas to our high standards, managing shift activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Pizza Making: Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards. Ingredient Management: Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Shift Management (for Shift Leads): Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure shifts run smoothly. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and address any concerns or special requests. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service and high-quality product delivery. Qualifications: Previous experience in a pizza-making or restaurant role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. For Shift Leads: Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
