Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively. • Engage in calling to nurture relationships with existing clients. • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. • Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Qualifications • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a call center environment. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with technology sales is a plus. • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. • Experience with calling techniques is desirable. • Proficient in using software tools for managing customer interactions. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
