Advise the facility administrator on service enhancements and future resident care programs. Be available to the facility 24/7 for emergencies. Attend monthly QA and/or QAPI meetings (at least 10 months per year). Assist in developing clinical pathways to improve resident care. Support facility marketing efforts as requested. Collaborate with other attending physicians to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Qualifications Medical degree. Appropriate licensure.
