Role Overview As a Property Manager, you will be instrumental in navigating the complete Property Management Cycle. Your responsibilities will encompass marketing rental listings, conducting property viewings, screening potential tenants, facilitating leases, and preparing residences for new occupants. A successful candidate will demonstrate proactive communication with property owners, regularly updating them on market conditions, legal compliance regarding landlord/tenant laws, and maintenance necessities. You will also serve as the primary liaison for tenants, addressing inquiries and coordinating with approved vendors to ensure prompt maintenance services. Key Responsibilities • Master the AppFolio property management system for tenant leasing and communication. • Cultivate advisory relationships with property owners, offering insights on maintenance requirements, rental assessments, and current landlord/tenant regulations. • Effectively market properties, including capturing high-quality visuals and virtual tours. • Organize and conduct property showings for prospective tenants. • Oversee the tenant application and screening process. • Draft and finalize detailed lease agreements, inclusive of all necessary addenda. • Conduct move-in, interim, and move-out inspections for all managed properties. • Coordinate maintenance requests and manage financial invoicing. • Timely communicate leases nearing expiration, renewal options, and rent adjustments. • Ensure all documentation and reports are completed accurately and punctually. • Engage in bi-weekly team meetings via Zoom. • Meet prospects on-site for property inspections, which may involve lifting up to 30 lbs. Required Skills • Strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to accountability and reliability. • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in building consultative relationships with property owners. • Familiarity with property management systems (AppFolio) is advantageous. Qualifications • A valid Washington State Real Estate Broker’s License is required (or willingness to obtain within six months). • A professional demeanor and a strong dedication to task completion. • A reliable vehicle and cellular phone are essential, with the flexibility to operate from home and in-office as necessary. Compensation

And Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of (60,000 to )70,000, contingent upon experience. Additional benefits include monthly performance bonuses and a stipend for vehicle and mobile phone expenses.

Work Environment

We manage a diverse portfolio of single-family and multi-family properties across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties. Our home office is located in Lynnwood, WA, with 80% of your time being remote, at a site, or from your home office. During the initial three-month training period, you will be expected to work in the office 2-3 days per week to familiarize yourself with our systems and establish effective routines.
