Entry Level Marketing Sales Agent

Compensation: $150,000+ Per Commission Rate Responsibilities: • Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies • Develop and train your team to better serve your customers • Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships • Recruit, build, and expand your own franchise portfolio. • Use our unified platform to grow your business and manage your recruitment pipeline. • Achieve sales targets and drive business expansion through your team and marketing efforts. • Foster long-term relationships with clients and potential franchisees. • Work both remotely and in-person to recruit, train, and manage your team. • Continuously develop and grow your business model using the resources provided. Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality • Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • At least 3 years of sales experience, with an interest in franchise development and recruitment. • Vision for scaling a business and growing a marketing agency. • Ability to recruit and lead a team, building a strong franchise network. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and committed to long-term entrepreneurial growth.
