Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and lead sources. ? Develop insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales. ? Process policy changes and complete insurance documentation. ? Ask for referrals and explain our referral program. ? Treat every customer contact as an opportunity for cross-selling and up-selling financial products. ? Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements. ? Build and nurture strong customer relationships. Requirements: ? Genuine willingness to learn and be coachable. ?
