- Receive, sort, and stow incoming shipments of products into warehouse inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage.
- Prepare products for shipment by labeling, sorting, and packing according to order specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as required by supervisors or management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude toward work.
Experience:
- No prior experience in warehouse work is required.
- Experience in physical labor, retail, or customer service roles may be beneficial but not necessary.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time shifts available.
