Position Overview We’re seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer with expertise in architecture and design to join our growing team (currently 11 engineers). In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to lead architectural decisions, contribute to key product developments, and set best practices while shaping our engineering culture. Our mission goes beyond building software—it’s about crafting intuitive, high-performing user experiences that enable lifesaving work every day. What You’ll Do Lead frontend architecture and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver new user-facing features and products. Partner with design teams to build and maintain a robust in-house design system, enabling reusable components for seamless, scalable UIs. Improve engineering processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team productivity and codebase scalability. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to less experienced engineers. Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and maintain 99.999% availability goals. What You Bring 7+ years of software engineering experience focusing on user-facing features and interfaces. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript. Proven expertise in frontend architecture and design systems. Passion for building scalable, performant, and visually polished user experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. Bonus Points Experience in early-stage startups. Demonstrated success contributing to design systems at scale. Background in visual or interaction design.

Compensation
