This role reports to the OnBrand Production Director and will play a key role in shaping seamless, high-impact digital experiences that drive business results. Role As a Senior Developer, you will: Lead the execution of multiple development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Develop, maintain, and enhance digital experiences and user interfaces. Collaborate closely with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to bring creative visions to life. Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and usability from project ideation. Define development approaches and guide other developers through execution and delivery. Provide coaching, feedback, and technical oversight to developers working on various projects. Ensure all digital experiences align with industry standards and evolving best practices. Partner with the QA team to identify and resolve defects, optimize workflows, and enhance development processes.
