Operate remotely from your designated home office following a comprehensive two-week training and orientation program. Required Skills Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong customer service orientation with a positive and empathetic demeanor. Capability to manage calls in a fast-paced environment, adapting to periods of high and low activity. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when addressing difficult or emotional calls. Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including occasional holiday work, compensated at a premium rate. Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for employment. A private workspace with high-speed internet connectivity and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness in internet navigation. Basic typing and keyboard skills that meet minimum criteria. Qualifications Candidates must complete a background check and federal work-eligibility verification as part of the hiring process.
