Remote Typist - Data Entry Specialist
Job Overview Join our dedicated team as a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Accurately inputting data into our system based on supplied images Identifying and classifying various document types Reviewing and validating data entries to maintain quality and precision Handling personal health information (PHI) with utmost confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards Collaborating with colleagues professionally as needed Proposing suggestions for process enhancements Completing all assigned tasks promptly and assisting with additional responsibilities as required Required Skills Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to work efficiently A proactive self-starter capable of focusing on multiple tasks Quick learner with the adaptability to follow instructions accurately Strong capacity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information Proficiency in reading and writing English Typing capabilities: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy, 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required

Compensation
And Benefits Hourly wage of $12 Flexible part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours weekly) Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company matching Generous paid time off policy, including vacation days, holidays, and a floating day Location: This is a remote position available for candidates residing in WI, MN, IA, or TX.
