Digital Marketing Agency Virtual Assistant

Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support across all departments. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for multiple departments. Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and inter-departmental communications to ensure timely completion. Data Management: Maintain and organize digital files, databases, and documentation pertinent to various teams. System Upkeep: Conduct regular updates to systems such as Google Drive, ClickUp, Box, and others to maintain compliance with organizational standards and ensure they remain up-to-date. Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective information flow and collaboration. Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role; experience in an agency setting is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
