About the position The Onsite Bilingual RN Health Coach position at Evernorth involves providing personalized health coaching and support to employees in Dallas and Chicago. The role focuses on empowering individuals to manage their health, set achievable goals, and participate actively in their health outcomes through face-to-face interactions and holistic coaching methods. Responsibilities • Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support. , • Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities. , • Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set personalized evidence-based goals. , • Empower customers to become active participants in their own health outcomes. , • Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health. , • Lead and support various health and wellness promotional activities, including group coaching and health-related seminars. , • Perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks, blood pressure, and body composition. , • Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes. , • Support health-related site events such as open enrollment and health fairs. Requirements • Strong clinical skills with at least 3 years of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion. , • Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement. , • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master's degree preferred. , • Registered Dietitian (preferred) licensed in respective state. , • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification. , • High energy level with dynamic presentation skills. , • Positive role model demonstrating healthy behaviors. , • Passion for health improvement. , • Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-centric focus. , • Proven administrative abilities with strong computer and software application skills. Nice-to-haves • CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) certification. , • Experience in motivational interviewing. , • Experience in smoking cessation and diabetes management.
