Remote Mental Health Clinician I & II - 8 Weeks PTO!
Job Overview We are looking for empathetic and committed Mental Health Clinicians (Levels I & II) to become integral members of our expanding team in Fairbanks, Wasilla, and Anchorage, AK. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans. Deliver therapy, counseling, and support services to clients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, medical professionals, and community organizations. Advocate for clients needs and facilitate access to essential resources. Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and available treatment options. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Required Skills Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline. Current or soon-to-be-eligible for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.). Strong clinical competencies with experience in diverse populations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team. A genuine passion for assisting others and contributing positively to the community. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential. Must possess or be eligible for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.). Demonstrable clinical experience with diverse client populations.
