Who You Are: ? Experienced – At least 3-5 years in sales, brokerage, business development, or trading-related roles ? Industry Knowledge – Ideally Series 3 certified, a futures trader, or experienced working with brokers, traders, or financial firms ? Confident Closer – You know how to follow up, negotiate, and seal the deal ? Self-Starter – No micromanagement. You own your results. ? Commission-Driven – You get a 25% commission on every closed deal. No cap. What You’ll Do: ?? Phone & follow up with warm leads – I provide the proposals; you follow up and close ??
