Position Overview: (Must have a Texas P&C License to apply) As an Insurance Sales Agent at the Jeremiah Bailleu Agency, you'll be responsible for selling home, auto, and occasionally life insurance products to both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Sell home, auto, and occasionally life insurance policies to new and existing clients. Qualifications: Prior Insurance Experience Required: Minimum of 1-2 years of prior insurance sales experience is required, with a focus on home and auto insurance. Texas P&C Insurance License: Must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in the state of Texas. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients over the phone, email, and other digital platforms. Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, managing your own time and achieving sales targets. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and track performance.
