Nuuly Customer Success Associate (Part-Time, 9am - 5pm EST, Friday-Sunday) Location US-PA-PA ID 2025-13760 Job Family Customer Service Employee Type Temporary Position Type Part-Time Remote Yes Role Summary Nuuly is looking for a Customer Success Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email and chat on a daily basis. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions and support the team to build a successful brand. You will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM. Expected hours for the role are Friday-Sunday, 9am - 5pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. This role is hired on an at need basis and will be hired initially as a temp role. If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months.
