Responsibilities: • List and sell residential real estate • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers • Host open houses and other events • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures • Verify and disclose property facts to clients Qualifications: • Active Missouri Real Estate License • Minimum 2 years previous agent experience preferred but NOT required (we train) • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases • Ability to build rapport with clients • Negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Team mindset and coachable • Strong work ethic and high motivation • Time-management Skills • Tech Forward • Weekend availability Apply Job!
