Key Responsibilities • Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and networking. • Make over 100 calls daily to connect with prospective clients. • Build and nurture relationships with clients both remotely and through in-person interactions. • Collaborate with local professionals to establish a strong referral network. • Evaluate client needs and provide informed recommendations for optimal insurance coverage. • Educate clients on the significance of comprehensive insurance protection. Required Skills • Exceptional ability to foster relationships and adeptly handle client objections. • Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to client service. • Excellent communication capabilities to engage clients effectively. • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently on leads and client inquiries. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous. Qualifications • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Allstate or a comparable agency (REQUIRED). • Demonstrated success in a sales-oriented role, with the ability to sell at least 20 items monthly (REQUIRED). • A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED). • Prior experience in a remote work setting with a dedicated, quiet workspace (REQUIRED).
