Kronos/UKG Analyst (REMOTE with Milestone Travel) - 60935261

About the position Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Kronos/UKG Analyst to join their IT team in a permanent remote role with milestone travel requirements. The position involves assisting clients in navigating digital shifts through the implementation and configuration of Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and related products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Kronos/UKG suite, strong consultative skills, and the ability to work in complex technology environments. Responsibilities • Implement and configure Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher. , • Develop and support interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). , • Implement and configure UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. , • Configure WDM/UDM servers and Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals). , • Work with Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities, and other UKG Pro WFM modules. , • Gather detailed requirements, develop designs, and deliver solutions to clients. , • Provide support throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements • 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos/UKG products. , • Knowledge of full project lifecycle including requirements gathering and solution delivery. , • Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. , • Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and integration of legacy systems. Nice-to-haves • Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) is an advantage. , • Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, and Activities modules.
