As a Personal Insurance Auto and Home insurance Licensed Agent you will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions, evaluating risk and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections. Compensation
The pay for this position is expected to be $23.00 per hour. We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-winning sales organization. Potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings of $500+, top monthly earners exceeding $2000 per month. We also offer an opportunity for up to a 15% shift differential for weekend hours and Spanish-English Bilingual skillset, post certification. SCHEDULE/WORK ARRANGEMENT This position offers the opportunity to be 100% remote. You will have a hybrid work arrangement, if you reside within a commutable distance to either Hartford, CT or San Antonio, TX; three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). Start Date: April 14th, 2025 Training Hours Monday Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Eastern, for the 1st 12 weeks of employment. Time off during training is not accommodated. Post Training Hours Remote-Work from Home Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm local time & every other Saturday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Hybrid Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm local time (hybrid-in office: T, W, Th) & every other Saturday 9:30 am -6:00 pm Eastern Qualifications 2 + years proven track record in sales and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections. Willingness to obtain and maintain all state licenses and terminate all prior carrier relationships as applicable. This is a customer-facing role which requires your full attention with our customers. A distraction free environment is required. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment including up to 20-25 inbound calls per day. Ability to work independently and collaborative as part of a team. Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartfords total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
