Duties • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk factors. • Policy Recommendations: Advise clients on the best life insurance policies based on their individual needs and financial situation. • Sales: Present and sell life insurance products, explaining the benefits, terms, and coverage options. • Application Assistance: Guide clients through the application process and collect necessary documentation. • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support, answer client questions, and help with policy updates or claims. • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the agency or insurer. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and new products to better serve clients. Experience • Sales Experience: Previous experience in Life Insurance Sales/Financial Services, is beneficial but not required, let us train you and set you up for success. • Customer Service: Experience in customer-facing roles, where building relationships and meeting client needs is a key part of the job. • Strong Communication Skills: Experience in roles that require clear, persuasive communication and active listening. • Financial Knowledge: A basic understanding of financial products, investments, or insurance is helpful but not always required. • Self-Motivation: Experience working independently or in goal-oriented environments, as life insurance agents often work on commission. • Licensing: Life Insurance License preferred (but can be obtained after hiring for the right candidates).
