As a Remote Membership Sales Associate, youll play a vital role in empowering individuals to take the first step in their fitness journey while contributing to the growth of our dynamic franchise network. What Youll Do Engage & Inspire: Connect with prospective members via phone, email, and social media to understand their goals and introduce them to our programs Drive Results: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into members for our flagship brands, including THE MAX Fitness & Wellness and Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping Build Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with leads by providing a supportive, empathetic, and informative experience Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement Stay Organized: Manage leads effectively through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and detailed record-keeping What Were Looking For Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or related industries. Understanding of what it takes and a desire to engage in robust lead follow up. A focus on speed to lead and speed to message. Call Center experience is a plus!
