Job Overview We are actively seeking dedicated and skilled Behavioral Therapists to join our expanding telehealth team in New Jersey. Key Responsibilities • Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to children, teenagers, and families. • Collaborate with pediatricians and partake in ongoing clinical supervision to enhance therapeutic outcomes. • Manage a customizable caseload, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. • Engage in structured virtual training that prepares you for continuous professional development. Required Skills • Licensed as a Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in New Jersey (preferably with multiple state licenses). • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to provide effective telehealth care. • Proficient in using digital platforms such as Zoom, EHR systems, and Google Suite. • Access to a dependable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, adolescents, and families. • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). • Ability to excel in a remote work setting.

Compensation
