What To Expect (Job Responsibilities): Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product or service information to customers and guide them in making informed decisions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues. Work closely with the team to meet service targets and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. What Is Required (Qualifications): High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required). Proven customer service experience, particularly in a call center or remote setting. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience working in a remote customer service role. Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk software. Ability to work flexible hours based on customer demand.
