Position Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and agents - Negotiate and secure transportation contracts - Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods Position Essential Job Functions: - Utilize existing relationships to drive sales and expand client base - Collaborate with team members to optimize transportation operations - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers Position Skills: - 7 years of experience in freight brokerage and/or 5 years in transportation sales - Ability to prove you can produce and know the business - At least 10 years working in logistics - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation abilities - Existing relationships with carriers and agents - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment This is not your average 9-5 job - with a salary range of $70,000 to $140,000 plus commissions and a full benefit package, this opportunity is one you don't want to miss out on.
