Insurance Sales Agent, P&C (Remote)

We are an Online Agency and are looking for a fun driven, highly motivated and ambitious people to join us on our journey. This is a scripted sales role, fast paced, outbound lead dialing, competitive base salary, generous commission structure. What are we looking for? • Expert in making outbound calls • Comfortable with high call volumes • Comfortable with using a script • Diligent record keeping of lead progression and outcomes in Salesforce CRM system • Fast & Efficient - Our business insurance quoting engine gives you an advantage over the competition - You will be able to quote, sell and issue a policy in as little as 10 minutes. • Responsible- You will be expected to actively manage your leads pipeline, by making outbound calls, scheduling callbacks and recording notes. • Quick learner & Open Minded – Our insurance Carriers change and update guidelines for their products throughout, so we change and adapt with them through training/coaching/Feedback.
