Mortgage Protection Sales Consultant
The Zelaya/ Vincent Agency, powered by Symmetry Financial Group is a life insurance brokerage looking for remote sales representatives to become a part of our team to run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products using well known A rated carriers. This is a commission-based sales position. The average commission is around $550 per sale and agents sell anywhere from 2 to 10 sales per week (depending on part-time/full-time status). These commissions are based on a starting commission level of 80%. A 5% raise in commission level is attainable every two months based on production. Promotions are purely based on personal performance and not corporate politics. There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so. This allows agents to create passive income for themselves and build a legacy for their family. What we do: ? Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents. ? No prior experience/knowledge required, but you must have or be willing to get your license (If you are not licensed, we will help guide you through the process to prepare & pass your state exam) ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Strong communication skills ? Organized ? Self-motivation, integrity, and willingness to be coached within a proven system. ? Proactive in problem-solving FAQ: ?
