The professional is expected to make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components, with work performed independently and considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years recent experience on the Workforce Management Team. , • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. , • Excellent written and oral communication skills. , • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills. , • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. , • Must be an independent worker who is comfortable making decisions with minimal guidance.
