Fraud Testing Manager

Job Description: At Regions, the Business Systems Manager develops, trains, and manages Business Systems Analysts that support departmental system(s). Primary Responsibilities Plans, tests, and executes projects and supports day-to-day operations Ensures department meets all standards, company policies, and quality requirements Develops strategy and leads implementation for system(s) Works with Technology partners and line of businesses regarding processes and resolution of system issues Identifies, analyzes, and resolves user problems as they occur Oversees system enhancements and works with agencies to develop ongoing reporting and tools This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years of related work experience OR a High School Diploma /GED and twelve (12) years of related work experience Two (2) years of leadership/managerial/supervisory experience Preferences Experience in a financial institution Skills and Competencies Ability to learn additional systems as needed Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely. Position Type Full time
Compensation
Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $115,340.40 USD Median: $145,660.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
