What You’ll Be Doing: • Be the go-to expert for residential property investors by educating them, originating our game-changing loan products, and helping them achieve their financial goals. • Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our lender product offerings, guidelines, and systems to seamlessly guide loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing processes. • Spread the word by distributing compelling marketing materials and conducting customer qualification analyses. • Maximize your impact by efficiently managing company-supplied leads and Salesforce contact databases, ensuring timely follow-up and quality lead handling. • Crush your targets by consistently exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual origination production goals. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 2+ years in residential/commercial mortgage lending (or equivalent). • Skills: A natural talent for sales, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving. • Education & Licensing: A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and mortgage state licensing is preferred. Your Reward: • Base Salary: $50,000 annually. • Commission: Earn $500 per funded unit OR 20 BPS of the loan amount (whichever is greater) on Ternus-originated loans. • Total Pay Range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually, with bonus opportunities.
