Position Summary: Quaint Oak Insurance, a subsidiary of Quaint Oak Bank, is seeking an experienced bilingual professional who has the ability to prospect for business based on your local networks, connections, and communities. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who is able to sell and develop strong relationships, and who understands the personal and commercial insurance markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional looking to work in a growing company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals by pursuing and generating new business • Cold calling new prospects to set appointments to define Quaint Oak's services and expertise • Bringing new prospects to closure • Retaining current customers though servicing and account reviews • Interact with internal team members and our subsidiary companies to ensure cross selling initiatives are met Required Skills and Abilities: • Must be PA P&C licensed • Must be fluent in Spanish and English • 3+ years' experience as a Commercial/Personal Insurance Lines Producer • Able to generate your own business • Great listening skills and ability to determine customers' needs efficiently • Excellent writing and communication skills • Goal-driven, coachable, self-motivated and comfortable with individual accountability while also being collaborative and able to work in a team environment • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care to all prospects and Quaint Oak customers Quaint Oak Bank and/or its subsidiaries is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
